Symms Fruit Ranch has been an Idaho onion grower for many years. We packed onions for the first time in the year 2000. Our state of the art onion facility features electronic sizing equipment. This type of technology has been used for many years in the apple industry but it's application to onions is relatively new. We are able to size our onions much more precisely than is commonly done in the industry today. This equipment gives us the capability to pack into either bags or cartons. We also have the ability to package onions in consumer packages in baler, carton or tri-wall bin master containers. Our packing line is extremely flexible. This flexibility allows us to produce almost any specialty pack imaginable.

Symms Fruit Ranch handles our Spanish Onions with the same care and attention that we handle our fruit. Like our fruit, all of the onions that we pack are grown on our own farms, allowing us control of all aspects of our production.

We pack Yellow, White & Red Onions for the fresh market. Specialty packs available.
